Brussels, July 19th 2016 – Sigma Conso, an international supplier of Corporate Performance Management software, today announced the release of version 2.1 of its Consolidation, Reporting and Intercompany Reconciliation applications.
The applications are evolving to provide ever-better performance and ergonomics. The new versions of the applications were premièred at Sigma Conso’s international user day held in June. The release of the new versions provided an opportunity to rename the applications to better reflect the increasing integration between the suite’s modules and to create more consistent messages about their functionality:
- Mona Group Reporting is now Sigma Conso Consolidation & Reporting
- Mona InterWeb is now Sigma Conso Intercompany
- Mona Planning is now Sigma Conso Planning
Sigma Conso will be updating its marketing materials over the summer, including the website and sales documents, to reflect the product changes.
The Sigma Conso 2.1 suite: ever-better performance and ergonomics
Sigma Conso Consolidation & Reporting:
The new version of Sigma Conso Consolidation & Reporting has added over 50 new features, many of which were suggested by the application’s users. The focus is on increasing the software’s overall performance and improving traceability to meet the transparency requirements of internal and external auditors: super-fast display times, consolidation calculation results in seconds, easy creation of new reporting tables (drag/drop) and a complete audit trail to precisely document all data items.
The Hub, which enables the software to communicate with all transactional applications, has been enriched with new functionality to increase automation.
Sigma Conso Intercompany:
Automating intercompany reconciliation and improving accounting data quality are key goals for every Fast Close process. Sigma Conso has enriched the intercompany application with innovative functionality to help clients achieve this objective:
- Application customisation options to more closely reflect the processes in place at client sites: increased customisation flexibility, the ability to create an unlimited number of reasons for non-reconciliation, etc.
- Improved ergonomics: simplified data entry, numerous filters to visualise information as wanted
- Increased automation to reduce the risk of errors.
Integration
The integration between the suite’s modules has been improved to ensure continuity and perfect consistency between operational and financial data. In addition, the suite’s applications are based on a single account structure.
