« We wanted to accelerate the reconciliation process for intercompany accounts while also increasing quality. This led to the decision to implement a high-performance and user-friendly collaborative portal dedicated to the process.
Mona InterWeb has all of the functionality we need.
The solution is robust and over time we expect to use the tool to reconcile a volume of 300,000 transactions.
In addition, following the full-scale tests we did over the summer in 2012, over 90% of stakeholders within the group were satisfied with the product. This is proof of its ease of use and quick learning curve.
We easily completed the first reconciliation campaign within the normal time-frame.
